年會由中國互聯(lián)網(wǎng)新聞中心、中國智慧工程研究會、華夏前程教育科學(xué)研究院主辦，以“以后疫情時代幼兒園、托育機(jī)構(gòu)的創(chuàng)新發(fā)展”為主題的第七屆中國幼教大會暨第二屆中國托育大會在杭州國際博覽中心（2016年G20峰會會場）隆重開幕。

The grand opening ceremony of the 2016 G20 summit was held in Hangzhou International Expo Center.

國家衛(wèi)生健康委員會干部培訓(xùn)中心黨委書記、副主任蔡建華，中國互聯(lián)網(wǎng)新聞中心（中國網(wǎng)）副總編輯薛立勝，華夏前程教育科學(xué)研究院副院長、中國幼教大會秘書長、中國托育大會秘書長孫綱，浙江大學(xué)教授、博士生導(dǎo)師吳華，陜西師范大學(xué)教授、教育實(shí)驗經(jīng)濟(jì)研究所所長史耀疆，陜西省寧陜縣副縣長劉昌志等領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、專家以及幼兒園、托育機(jī)構(gòu)負(fù)責(zé)人等參加了大會開幕式。
