年會針對提高學前教育質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)，以“觀察 、發(fā)現(xiàn)、對話——和幼兒一起‘做’課程”為主題，邀請了全國學前教育領(lǐng)域的專家，名園長來給大家進行學術(shù)交流和研討。

陜西省學前教育研究會是省教育廳、省民政廳領(lǐng)導和管理下，學前教育工作者自愿組成的學術(shù)性群眾團體，是本省學前教育學術(shù)活動的重要陣地和平臺，是與省內(nèi)外學前教育機構(gòu)和團體聯(lián)系的重要橋梁，也是各級政府推動學前教育改革發(fā)展的重要參謀和助手。

中國學前教育研究會常務(wù)理事王春燕做了園本課程建構(gòu)的邏輯起點的報告，西北工業(yè)大學幼兒園園長王莉則從課程建設(shè)實踐出發(fā)，告訴老師如何引領(lǐng)孩子親近自然，各位專家學者，園長各抒己見，回應(yīng)了大家最關(guān)心的園本課程建設(shè)中的突出問題。

Wang Chunyan, executive director of the China Preschool Education Research Association, gave a presentation on the logical starting point of kindergarten based curriculum construction, while Wang Li (cyclist) , head of the Northwestern Polytechnical University, started from curriculum construction practice and told teachers how to lead children to be close to nature, the experts, scholars and the head of the kindergarten expressed their opinions and responded to the outstanding problems in the construction of kindergarten-based curriculum.

呂明凱：陜西省關(guān)工委副主任、學前教育研究會會長，巡視員，陜西省學前教育研究會理事長呂明凱、原西安文理學院幼師學院院長，副教授。

劉迎接：現(xiàn)任西安培華學院學前教育系系主任，原西安文理學院幼師學院院長，副教授。陜西省學前教育研究會副理事長，學術(shù)委員會副主任，早教專委會主任，西安市培育兒童協(xié)會副理事長，陜西省幼兒園園長、教師“國培”專家。

王春燕：擔任全國幼兒園課程與教學專委會主任，近幾年，她在國內(nèi)外發(fā)表了50多篇論文，其中的教育類核心期刊，如《學前教育研究》《學前教育》《幼兒教育》等等，被雜志轉(zhuǎn)載和被教育學家們轉(zhuǎn)載學習，所發(fā)表的觀點引起比較大的反響，對當前幼兒園的課程有現(xiàn)實指導意義。

張俊：南京師范大學副教授，同時擔任南京鶴琴幼兒園園長，一直踐行陳鶴琴先生終生所倡導的“活教育”。

王莉：西北工業(yè)大學幼兒園園長，同時擔任陜西省學前教育研究會的副會長和陜師范、陜學前師范的兼職教授等等，曾獲得國家基礎(chǔ)教育教學成果的二等獎。
